- If there is WAP2 support you do not need to make any changes.
- There are 3 connection options to choose from in BeBeMe™: “Auto”, “WAP2”, and “Direct TCP”.
Currently, “Auto” and “WAP2” try to find a connection in the same order (MDS, WAP2, and then direct TCP) and use the
first one they find. The “Direct TCP” choice will only try MDS and direct TCP. The “Direct TCP” choice will allow the
user to bypass WAP2 if they need to for any reason. The default choice is “Auto”.
- The user may need to input their APN settings if there is no WAP2 support.
- For Middle East users direct TCP is recommended except Saudi Arabia WAP2 is recommended.
It is recommended that you speak to your carrier for the proper APN Settings.
